The product's creation involved blending and heating ripe pineapple, mango, calamansi juice, and coconut palm jaggery. The product has moderate antioxidant activity, low water activity, and a pliable texture. Due to its less technical nature, the innovation is easily implementable for small-scale cottage industries and could also have significant commercial potential to meet the demand for healthy snacks.
