Oral health has emerged as a prominent issue among those aged 60 and above, namely about challenges in adequately swallowing or chewing food. Hence, a food that has been modified in texture can be advantageous in terms of providing nutrients and greatly enhancing the quality of life. The reason for this is that softer or smaller food selections allow people to maintain their enjoyment of their preferred food choices as they did previously. Thus, this study developed a product explicitly tailored to oral health issues encountered by elderly people.
