Banana peels, the outer coverings of ripe bananas, have long been overlooked as waste, despite their rich composition of water, fibre, and essential nutrients. Unfortunately, many people commonly discard banana peels, adding to the burden of organic waste in landfills and contributing to environmental degradation. In response to this issue, we have innovated the Banana Peel Noodle, a unique and sustainable culinary creation to reduce banana peel waste. By transforming discarded banana peels into a delightful and eco-friendly noodle option, we strive to promote responsible waste management and inspire greener practices in the culinary world. This innovation is based on the concept of preventing environmental pollution by turning the peel into paste and dough respectively.
