Agriculture is vital in providing food for humans. However, it adversely impacts freshwater systems worldwide and many farming practices contribute to greenhouse gases. Therefore, sustainable indoor crop farming is the answer. We propose a project to automatically regulate greenhouse humidity levels and temperatures to support efforts in encouraging sustainable indoor farming. The system incorporates humidity and temperature sensors to monitor environmental conditions within the greenhouse round the clock. A humidifier is employed to adjust air humidity levels as necessary, ensuring conditions are stable and within the optimal ranges for plant growth. This will promote consistent crop performance and yield.
