The "AI Based Food Colour Detector for Teaching and Learning" project utilizes an Arduino-based system with a color sensor to distinguish between natural and artificial colours in fruits and vegetables. Through a series of training modes, the system collects and processes color data, setting thresholds to accurately identify color types. The project integrates an LCD for displaying results and includes user-friendly controls for initiating training and detection. Designed for educational purposes, this project demonstrates practical applications of AI in food quality assessment, creating awareness about food authenticity and enhancing teaching and learning experiences in science and technology.
