Dwelling in the current globalization and modernization era, conceivably, the stimulating factors of heritage cuisines are slowly endangering and being forgotten in the scene of Malaysia. Thus, this study aims to develop a chicken patty burger incorporating Nyonya Curry Kapitan as a new flavor. Start with preparing curry kapitan sauce, mold the patty, and freeze overnight. Sensory evaluation will be imposed on random youths. More than 93.4% of respondents rate the product as palatable and extremely liked. To conclude, the development of product can attract the trust of young generations and to grace, and glorify Malaysian heritage cuisine globally.
